Political Economics of Marxism and Leninism This course includes 6 chapters, in which chapter 1 discusses about the subjects, methods and function of Political Economics of Marxism and Leninism. From chapter 2 to chapter 6 is for the core content of the course, including products, market, and roles of those subjects in the economy. Competition and monopoly in market economy, market economy under the socialism, different types of economic benefits in Vietnam, urbanization, modernization, and international economic integration in Vietnam are also discussed.

Ho Chi Minh’s Thoughts The course includes 7 chapters: Chapter 1 presents the basis and the development process of Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts; the remaining chapters cover the

basic contents of Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, national independence and socialism, Vietnam Communist Party and Government, national and international solidarity in terms of culture, morality, and humanity.

Introduction to Vietnamese Legal Systems Students will occasionally have opportunity to have presentation before class to develop team-work and soft-skills. Assignments will mainly be based on materials not yet taught during lesson and help students to develop problem-solving skill, especially legal cases. Q&A session, regularly held at the end of each les- son’s part is not only a chance for students to clarify the studying materials, but also learn how to answer in a most efficient way to get as much as possible knowledge and academically discuss with lecturers/ peers points of interests.
