The admission counselling events of the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at the International University – Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (IU-VNU) took place vibrantly with numerous beneficial activities, providing high school students with a clear perspective on the fields of chemical and environmental engineering.
To kick off the new admissions season, on December 28, 2023, Associate Professor, Dr. Huynh Kim Lam, the Dean of the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering, visited Le Hong Phong High School (HCMC) to share information about admissions and career opportunities.
Following that, on January 6, 2024, the laboratories of CEE became the destination for students from Bau Bang High School and Long Thanh High School. Under the guidance of M.Sc. Tran Le Dang Khoa, they engaged in practical activities and received sincere advice regarding the fields of chemical and environmental engineering.

On January 8, 2024, Dr. Doan Hoai Linh conducted a career orientation session at Marie Curie High School (HCMC), providing an opportunity for future students to gain a better understanding of various aspects of the fields of chemical and environmental engineering.

On January 20, 2024, students from Chi Lang and Bao Loc High Schools received guidance from Dr. Ngo Thi Thuan at CEE, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions regarding their choice of career paths.

On the same day, Dr. Doan Hoai Linh continued career counseling activities at Tien Giang High School for the Gifted, sharing knowledge and experiences with students passionate about chemical and environmental engineering.

On January 22, 2024, Dr. Doan Hoai Linh continued his career counseling work at Ly Tu Trong High School for the Gifted in Can Tho, assisting students in gaining a better understanding of the opportunities and challenges in this field.

The counseling activities continued across various high schools, with the participation of experts such as Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy and MSc. Ngo Nguyen Tien Dat, helping students gain a deeper understanding of the fields of chemistry and environment, ultimately aiding them in making the best decisions for their futures. Specifically, on November 22, 2023, January 15, 2024, and January 27, 2024, Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy provided guidance at Hung Vuong High School (Binh Duong), Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted (Nha Trang), Ly Tu Trong High School (Nha Trang), and Tran Van Giau High School (HCMC). On January 15, 2024, and January 26, 2024, MSc. Ngo Nguyen Tien Dat offered counseling at Vung Tau High School and Nguyen Dinh Chieu High School (Tien Giang).
