October 16, 2019, Rector of International University – Dr. Tran Tien Khoa and Vice Chairman of Ben Tre People’s Committee – Mr.Nguyen Huu Lap signed the MOU on research, technology transfer and training, period 2019 – 2021. 
Under the MOU, the two sides will focus the cooperation in the fields of science and technology; agriculture and rural development; food technology; medical and health care; tourism business; education; human resources training, innovation, entrepreneurship and others. The relationship is based on the mutual consent and benefits towards positive impacts and sustainable development.
This cooperation is expected to bring about practical benefits and accelerate the mutual coordination in economics, culture and society for sustainable development between both parties. Simultaneously, the cooperation is supposed to promote bilateral strength and competence, exploit and effectively make the best utilization of resource , facility and human potentiality in researching, technology transferring and training high-quality human resources for Ben Tre province.
